MossHead operates primarily without traditional user accounts. However, certain features may require local storage of preferences:

• Local Storage: Watch history, favorites, and theme preferences are stored locally in your browser via localStorage and cookies
• Session Management: Streaming sessions are managed via temporary session tokens for security purposes
• No Passwords: We do not require or store passwords, email addresses, or other traditional account credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and browser session. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your local preferences or any other security breach.

Acceptable Use Policy

Content & Intellectual Property

Our Content

All content provided by MossHead, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of MossHead or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

Third-Party Content

MossHead aggregates anime metadata and streaming links from third-party sources including AniList, Jikan, and various streaming providers. We do not host, upload, or store any video files on our servers. All video content is streamed directly from third-party sources.

Anime titles, descriptions, images, and related metadata are the property of their respective copyright holders, including anime studios, production companies, and licensors. MossHead claims no ownership over this third-party content.

User License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MossHead grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Any resale or commercial use of the Services or content therein
• Any collection or use of product listings, descriptions, or prices for commercial purposes
• Any derivative use of the Services or content
• Any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant
• Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools

Streaming Service

MossHead provides a streaming aggregation service that indexes and organizes links to third-party anime content. By using our streaming features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not host, store, or upload any video content on our servers
• All video streams are provided by third-party sources and are subject to their respective terms of service
• Stream availability and quality are dependent on third-party sources and may vary
• We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or legality of third-party streams
• Streaming may be subject to geographic restrictions imposed by content providers

We reserve the right to remove, modify, or disable any streaming link at any time without notice, particularly in response to valid DMCA takedown notices or other legal requests.

All streaming content is provided by third parties, and MossHead makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, completeness, or legality of such content.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL MOSSHEAD, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for using the Services during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability. Since MossHead is free to use, this limitation may result in zero recoverable damages.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MossHead operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, MossHead may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
