Overview
MossHead respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the MossHead service that are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent.
It is our policy to:
- Process and investigate notices of alleged infringement
- Take appropriate actions under the DMCA and other applicable intellectual property laws
- Remove or disable access to material claimed to be infringing
- Terminate access for repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances
Important Notice: MossHead is an indexing and aggregation service. We do not host, upload, or store any video files on our servers. All video content is streamed directly from third-party sources. If you believe content is infringing, you may also wish to contact the actual hosting provider directly.

Filing a DMCA Notice
To file a valid DMCA notice, you must provide a written communication (by email or physical mail) that includes the following information:
Required Elements of a DMCA Notice
- Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed
- Identification of Copyrighted Work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works
- Identification of Infringing Material: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL links, specific anime title and episode number)
- Contact Information: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address
- Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed
Tip: Please include specific URLs from our site (e.g., /watch/12345?ep=1) so we can quickly identify and process your request. Vague notices without specific links may be rejected or delayed.

What Happens Next
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice:
- We will acknowledge receipt of your notice within 24 hours
- We will review the notice for completeness and validity
- If valid, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material within 48 hours
- We will notify the user who posted the content (if applicable) of the removal
- We will document the action taken for our records
Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Copyright Agent. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication that includes:
Required Elements of a Counter-Notification
- Physical or Electronic Signature: Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of Removed Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access disabled
- Good Faith Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which MossHead may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person
- Contact Information: Your name, address, and telephone number
Important: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
Submit counter-notifications to the same Designated Copyright Agent contact listed above. We will forward valid counter-notifications to the original complaining party and restore the removed material within 10-14 business days unless the copyright owner files a court action.
Repeat Infringers
It is our policy to terminate the access privileges of users who repeatedly infringe copyright laws. We maintain records of DMCA notices and removals to identify repeat infringers.
A user is considered a "repeat infringer" if they receive three or more valid DMCA notices within a 12-month period. Upon designation as a repeat infringer:
- Access to streaming features will be permanently disabled
- Local storage data associated with the session will be cleared
- The user may be blocked from accessing the Services
We reserve the right to terminate access for any user at our sole discretion, particularly in cases of egregious or willful infringement.

MossHead does not host, store, or upload any video content. We are an indexing service that organizes publicly available links to third-party streaming sources. As such:
- We are not the primary host of any allegedly infringing material
- We act expeditiously to remove links to infringing content upon receiving valid DMCA notices
- We cannot control the content of third-party websites or guarantee their compliance with copyright law
- Users access third-party content at their own risk

False Claims
